With a bank cheque in hand, building handover was to meant to occur today but to our dissatisfaction, the place was still a mess and other defects. With a list of to do's for the builder we gave him the final 10% to complete the contract price. Regardless, we should have the keys by Friday 20/11/2015.
Other than that landscaping has been a crawl, by that I mean snailing along with no promises on an end date in site. Given that, the landscaper had the nerve to invoice me for progress when we have already paid him 50% of the entire landscaping quotation as deposit.
