The framing stage started a few weeks ago and since then, the site has been contained under lock.
The original prefabbed were delivered and erected up in 1 day which is pretty impressive.. I have been monitoring other projects around the area and some builders still do it traditionally, ie carpenters onsite measuring, cutting and nailing the pieces together. They have notably still haven't completed the 3 first story units yet!
However it has taken just a few weeks to where it can be seen here after the long Easter weekend break. The day before it was bogged down with rain so apart from the 2nd floor prefabbed delivered, nothing was done. Today it was slightly drizzly in the morning, with some steel works getting completed so the rest of the garage brickwork can finish.
